Há alguma diferença entre as versões das plataformas? (Nintendo Switch™, PlayStation 4, PlayStation 5, Xbox Series X/S, Windows 10/11 e Steam)

É possível atualizar a versão do jogo de PlayStation 4 para a de PlayStation 5?

Após jogar a versão para PS4, comprei um console PS5. Na atualização para a versão de PS5, é possível transferir os dados salvos?

Também é possível transferir os troféus ao fazer a transferência de dados salvos da versão de PS4 para a de PS5?

Quando estava jogando offline, não consegui obter troféus/conquistas. Como posso obtê-los?
